Problem
Boutique fitness studios live and die on memberships, but almost none of them run an acquisition system — the market's default answer is an agency retainer and hope.
Solution
An acquisition machine owned end to end: a Python lead engine finds and qualifies studios city by city, outreach is automated, no-build landing pages take the click to a booked call, and a multi-tenant CRM tracks delivery against the actual contract terms — co-founded with Ivan, revised in the open.
